Introduction:
This mixer is suitable for mixing, kneading and dispersing EVA, rubber, synthetic rubber, hot melt adhesive and other chemical raw materials, and then putting the experimental ratio formula into the production line. This equipment is firm and wear-resistant, and ensures that the materials are mixed evenly and the physical properties change to achieve the best effect. (It is the best mixing equipment for small batch production, sampling, laboratory and teaching)
Working Principle:
There are two rotors in the mixing chamber, which rotate relatively at a certain speed ratio. The material from the feeding port is clamped and brought into the roll gap to be extruded and sheared by the rotor. After passing through the roll gap, the “W” sharp edge of the mixing chamber is divided into two parts, and then returns to the upper part of the rotor along the gap between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotor. In the closed chamber, under certain pressure and temperature, the material is sheared and mixed to make the formula material fully dispersed and plasticized, so that the formula can give full play to its best effect.
Mixing System
The mixing chamber has a “W” shape and adopts an “M” shaped hammer to form a fully closed mixing space. Stirring blades are designed with prismatic spiral without dead corners, which makes the material shear and disperse to meet the requirements of physical properties. The stirring blade is of hollow structure. The connect part with the materials (mixing chamber/side plate/hammer/stirring blade ) is made of imported alloy. After quenching and tempering, high-precision machining and vacuum heat treatment, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, not easy to stick to the material and with long service life.
