The contact part between the mixer and the material (mixing chamber/side plate/hammer/impeller shaft) is sprayed with tungsten carbide super wear-resistant pollution-free coating to ensure that the mixing chamber is firm and wear-resistant. It is suitable for dispersing and mixing other formulations such as metal, ceramic powder and binder. After the materials are in the form of mud, they are discharged before the next process. (It is the best mixing equipment for small batch production, sampling, laboratory and teaching).
There are two rotors in the mixing chamber, which rotate relatively at a certain speed ratio. The material from the feeding port is clamped and brought into the roll gap to be extruded and sheared by the rotor. After passing through the roll gap, the “W” sharp edge of the mixing chamber is divided into two parts, and then returns to the upper part of the rotor along the gap between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotor. In the closed chamber, under certain pressure and temperature, the material is sheared and mixed to make the formula material fully dispersed and plasticized, so that the formula can give full play to its best effect.
The mixing chamber has a “W” shape and adopts an “M” shaped hammer to form a fully closed mixing space. Stirring blades are designed with prismatic spiral without dead corners, which makes the material shear and disperse to meet the requirements of physical properties. The stirring blade is of hollow structure. The contact part with the material (mixing chamber/side plate/hammer/stirring blade ) is made of high-quality high carbon steel. After quenching and tempering, high-precision machining and vacuum 72-hour deep nitriding heat treatment, the surface is sprayed with tungsten carbide, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, not easy to stick to the material and with long service life.

(2) Open totally with no dead angle.The mixing chamber is automatically opened by hydraulic system, and the rotor is convenient to disassemble. The defects of difficult cleaning, color change and maintenance of the traditional mixer are broken. All contact surfaces with material mixing in the mixing chamber are subjected to mirror polishing treatment, and the high-gloss mirror surface enables the material not to stick to the wall and is easy to clean, thus effectively solving the problem of material pollution.
(1) Mechanical shaft seal tightening technology, self-lubricating sealing ring，to ensure the sealing ring always in the pressure seal state in the mixing process. Self-lubricating sealing ring can reduce the wear of the densification system, and can effectively reduce the noise caused by powder leakage and poor sealing.
